Using the imaging and control software provided, diskettes are automatically identified as DMF, high or low density and imaged accordingly. Faulty diskettes are rejected and are immediately visible.

Once started, the process is completely hands free and can be left to run unattended. The most complex operation is ensuring that the hopper is refilled!

A full suite of forensic software tools are available to process and investigate the data held within the diskette images.

Features of the Diskette Imager

• Hardware: A reliable 3.5" diskette autoloader. Hoppers and all required cabling are supplied.

• Software: Autoloader control and 16-bit imaging software are supplied.

• Progress and status reporting: The software provides an on-screen progress display and a printable status report is generated for audit purposes for each diskette.

• Anti-repudiation facility: CRC32 and MD5 checksums generated during the imaging process allow the image to be validated at any time.

• Technical Support: A dedicated support team at Vogon will provide email and/or telephone support to ensure any technical issues are handled promptly and effectively.

• Training: Full training on the use of Vogon products is available at Vogon's training centres in UK and Germany, or may be arranged at client's training facility.
